Sales Terms and Conditions
Ordering
In order to purchase products from this website, customers must fulfil the following criteria:
• Over 18
• Order using a real name, address and phone number
• Provide a delivery address within the mainland UK
• Provide valid debit or credit card payment details
Once the customer places an order, they will receive an email with an acknowledgement of the order details. Once Mykal Industries Limited receives details of this order, we will begin the despatching process.
Pricing
All products offered for sale through our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any UK taxes that apply.
Delivery
For all orders under £25.00 there is a delivery charge of £4.95. For orders over £25.00 delivery is free of charge to UK customers only.
Unfortunately we are also unable to supply customers in the USA, in order to purchase similar De.Solv.it® products in the USA, please contact our partner company, Orange Sol Group of Companies (www.orange-sol.com)
All orders are inclusive of VAT
Items will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days of receipt of order subject to payment being cleared.
Payment
Payment can be accepted by credit or debit card. The customer’s chosen payment card will be charged once Mykal Industries Limited have processed the order. We cannot despatch the order until the card issuer has authorised the use of the payment card. We can accept card payment online or over the telephone. If you do not wish to make a payment through our website or over the phone please contact our sales office who will be able to advise the best method for taking payment. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Products must be returned in the original packaging, sealed and suitable for re-sale. Customers must contact us in writing/email or fax to notify us that you would like to return the product. Please specify why the items have been returned:
• Faulty
• Goods damaged or gone missing in transit
• Wrong item supplied
• Incomplete order
• Other
Once the customer has received their order, if they consider it to be unacceptable, the customer is allowed to cancel the purchase up to 7 days after receiving the goods. Customers must inform us in writing/email or fax that they wish to cancel the order using one of the following contact details:

Mykal Industries Limited will then refund or replace the goods within 30 days. We will not refund any delivery charges.
We recommend you request a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when returning any goods.
If the returns are not in their original condition, Mykal Industries Limited reserves the right to reject the returned item(s) and decline a replacement or refund.
If the return is accepted, Mykal Industries Limited will refund the price that has been paid for the products by crediting the payment card. We will not refund delivery charges.
We will only refund products that have been purchased on this website. We will not refund purchases of our products made through any other distribution channels. Proof of purchase is required in the form of the original invoice for customers who would like to receive a replacement product or a refund.
If goods have been damaged in transport and the customer is unable to send these back to Mykal Industries Limited through the postal system please contact our sales office (salesorders@mykal.co.uk or 01933 402822). We shall require photographic evidence of the damage to the product so that we are able to refund or replace the product that has been purchased through our website.
