Cleaning Instructions
(Depress several times to activate Pen)Useful tips – Always test on an unobtrusive area first for compatibility and colourfastness. If in doubt no not use. Always treat stains immediately and remove as much excess as possible before proceeding. Do not use on leather, suede, silk, untreated wood, khaki or fabrics with painted or appliqué designs. Excessive use on foam back carpets is not recommended.
1. For use on stains on fabrics and hard surfaces: Depress nib several times on a hard surface to allow flow of solution. Apply the pen direct to the back of the stain where possible. On fabrics, blot stain away with clean cloth or paper towel prior to final wash, if appropriate. Wipe surface clean to remove all residue, if applicable. Replace cap and wash hands thoroughly.
2. For use on sticky residue, chewing gum and glue: For Chewing Gum – pierce surface of gum. For Gum, Glue & Sticky Labels – remove as much residue as possible. Apply the pen direct to the affected area using the nib to lift and agitate the residue. Wipe surface clean to remove all residue, if applicable. Replace cap and wash hands thoroughly. Several applications may be needed for severe staining and soiling. Always store upright.
