A safe and effective gel formulation that is easy to use on all types of paint and varnish. Unlike most chemical paint strippers which are highly toxic and contain harmful ingredients such as methylene chloride, Great Strip is non caustic, non toxic, non corrosive and contains no harmful solvents or vapours.

Cleaning Instructions

Simply brush Great Strip® gel liberally onto the surface to be stripped and leave to work. It will remove up to 3 coats of gloss in approximately 40 minutes, up to 4 coats of vinyl silk in 30 minutes and textured paints in 50- 60 minutes. Then simply scrape away and wash down the stripped surfaces. Job done!

Handy Hint!
For thick coats of paint – first abrade the surface using sandpaper and then apply the product. The product will be able to penetrate into the surface making it quicker and more effective to remove the old paint.
